The Staff Pad is partnering with a respected healthcare system in Hamilton, Texas to hire compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative clinical setting. This role offers both Full-Time and PRN opportunities, allowing flexibility to meet patient needs.

Key responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare teams, and educating patients on treatment plans. Ideal candidates will have an active Texas RN License and BLS certification, with one year of preferred RN experience.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Texas RN License.
• BLS certification required, ACLS or PALS preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
