Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program (required).
• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license (required).
• CPR/BLS certification (required).
• Knowledge of triage procedures (required).
• Clinic, physician office and/or urgent care experience (preferred).
• Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards (required).
• Knowledge of medication administration and patient care procedures (required).
• Ability to educate and communicate with patients and families (required).
• High level of interpersonal skills (required).
• Analytical ability and critical thinking skills (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services to patients under the direction of a physician or midlevel provider.
• Collect and analyze patient health data to determine diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
