Job summary

Republic Nursing & Rehab in Republic, Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. You will provide nursing care to patients, administer medications, assist physicians, and monitor patient conditions as part of a collaborative facility.

Ideal candidates will hold RN licensure with at least 1 year of RN experience preferred, and be able to participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges while maintaining a safe, compassionate environment for patients and families.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• 1 year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Prepares for and assists Physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforces health care instructions to patients and families.
• Participates with the team in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care.
• Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports vital signs and general condition.
• Records observations on patient charts.
• Maintains patient care environment for comfort and safety.
• Assists with unit management or acts as charge nurse as assigned.
