Job summary

The role requires Maryland RN licensure, current BLS, and adherence to credentialing. You will participate in QI initiatives, support evidence-based practice, and collaborate with disciplines to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Adherence to the credentialing requirements of Luminis Health as stated in the nursing bylaws.
• Where applicable, completion of a BSN is required within 5 years of date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and contribute to the plan of care.
• Assess patients, identify learning needs, and develop individualized care plans.
• Participate in QI, CPI and risk management activities to uphold quality standards.
• Document care using real-time computer systems and ensure accurate records.
