Job summary

Summit Health Management is seeking a trained nurse or medical assistant to support clinicians across patient care, documentation, and scheduling. You will coordinate daily patient flow, prepare visits, and communicate with patients and teams while ensuring accuracy in the EHR.

The role requires an active nursing license (NJ) and BLS, plus associates level training; some roles may prefer more experience. On-site work with standard clinical hours and a focus on quality care.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• New Jersey State Nursing License and BLS certification required.
• 0–1 years experience; 2–4 years preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician and staff with daily patient care coordination.
• Liaise between patients, staff and physicians.
• Maintain efficient patient flow.
• Document in EHR and prepare patients for visits.
• Schedule appointments per department guidelines.
