Job summary

Vi at Bentley Village in Naples, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver superior resident care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning and evaluation of treatments. The role also involves supervising staff and collaborating with the health care team to ensure quality outcomes.

The position is part-time, 12-hour night shifts from 7p to 7a, with every other weekend. Candidates should have an RN license, CPR/First Aid, long-term care knowledge, and a patient-focused, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current State Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where practice is required.
• Working knowledge of long-term care.
• CPR certification as approved by AHA or Red Cross is required.
• First Aid certification is required or willingness to obtain it.
• Minimum 6 months of RN experience preferred.
• Experience or education in elder care preferred.
• Courteous and professional demeanor in interactions with others.
• Resident- and customer-focused problem-solving approach.
• Basic computer skills and/or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of treatments.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with the health care team.
• Establish relationships with residents and families for ongoing care.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.

Responsibilities

Registered Nurse - RN

As an RN you will be responsible for providing superior care to assigned residents, to include assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, evaluation of administered treatments and quality assurance / performance improvement activities. This essential role also involves the supervision of several talented staff members as well as establishing relationships with the resident, family and other members of the health care team.

Skilled Nursing

Part Time 12 hour night shifts 7p to 7a with every other weekend

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants are required to be graduates from an accredited school of nursing.Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Current State Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where practicing is required.
• Has a working knowledge of long-term care.
• Current CPR certification as approved by American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.
• Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing and able to become First Aid certified.
• Minimum 6 months of experience working as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
• Experience or continuing education in the care of elderly is preferred.
