Job summary

MEP Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Regional Float Pool, delivering individualized care to adult and geriatric patients across Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown and ICU in the region.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, collaborating with diverse teams and adapting to different hospital environments. Requires BSN (preferred), active RN licensure, 1–2 years bedside experience, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred from an accredited program.
• Current RN licensure in good standing.
• Minimum bedside experience: 1 year Med/Surg; 2 years in specialty units.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (critical care).
• Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and patient handling.

Responsibilities
