Job summary

Disability Services of the Southwest is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to support our Houston/Beaumont TX branch. You will conduct initial client assessments, post-hospital evaluations, and monthly renewal assessments, ensuring high-quality home care for clients in the Beaumont and Houston areas.

Applicants must be a Texas-licensed RN with at least one year of home care experience, have reliable transportation, and be proficient in typing and Excel. Compensation is $30.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
• Minimum of one year experience as a registered nurse in a home care setting.
• Typing 35 wpm with 80% accuracy and 80% accuracy in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Completing initial client assessments for individuals coming off the CLASS waiting list.
• Conducting post-hospital assessments.
• Scheduling and performing all annual renewal assessments.
