As a Clinical Data Abstractor, you will be responsible for abstracting and coding patient information from medical records to meet the requirements of various target registries for Cardiology.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical data abstraction experience
• Proficiency with Epic systems

Principal Accountabilities:

• Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one-year current abstraction experience in American College of Cardiology NCDR EP Device Implant Registry, required.
• Proficient in industry-related clinical registry data abstraction specifications manuals, data abstraction software systems, and electronic medical record applications.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
