Rhode Island Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Clinical Manager. The role includes leadership, delegation, and active participation in safe nursing care with ongoing education and credentialing.
Responsibilities include evaluating patient outcomes, collaborating with the care team, and delivering patient and family teaching across life span.
Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Manager (or designee) implements, supervises and evaluates the nursing care of each patient using a nursing process and in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures. From admission to discharge, plans with consideration of the aging process throughout the life span, including all developmental stages as well as cultural patterns.
