Job summary

Advanced Correctional Healthcare seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to join our correctional facility teams. You will assess, plan, and deliver nursing care to inmates, administer medications, and provide on-site medical services with HIPAA-compliant documentation.

You will triage, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with practitioners to coordinate multiple medical services across shifts while maintaining infection control and patient privacy.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the state of service.
• BLS certification is required.
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities.
• Strong knowledge of the RN scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Timely assess, plan, and deliver nursing care to patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per orders.
• Provide emergency first aid when needed and respond to urgent issues.
