Job summary

Owensboro Health Medical Group in Kentucky is seeking a PRN RN for Pain Management Muhlenberg. This role provides direct nursing care under established policies and protocols and includes coordination of care for multiple disciplines.

The shift pattern is Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, as needed. You will implement and monitor care plans, document patient status, and support discharge planning while educating patients and families in a culturally sensitive manner.

Qualifications

• Requires critical thinking and decisive judgment.
• Must work under general supervision and handle stress.
• Must practice under the Nurse Practice Act and state regulations.
• KY RN license and BLS certification required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition.

• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
