BIDMC PACU West - Main OR PACU is a 26 bed unit that cares for inpatients and outpatients who have anesthesia for a variety of surgical and procedural interventions. The unit is opened 24/7 and works closely with the Department of Anesthesia. Many ICU patients are cared for in the unit overnight so ICU experience preferred. Schedule 30 Hours: 10 hour evenings with some night rotation

The Clinical Nurse II utilizes the nursing process as the frame of reference for practice as a professional registered nurse and provides direct nursing care to patients and families. Training, evaluation and competencies for this role are overseen by a Nurse Leader to the department.
