Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Naperville, IL for a full-time role with hours 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM, Monday through Friday (availability) and on-call requirements. The hourly pay range starts at $36.00 and reaches $55.80, depending on experience and credentials.

The position involves delivering professional nursing care, assessing patients, and collaborating with the team to meet unit goals across shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing or higher; BSN required within 5 years.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure.
• CPR (BLS) certification by AHA or Red Cross.
• ACLS within 90 days; PALS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Renders professional nursing care to provide quality patient care.
• Assess patients’ condition, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress.
• Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to other staff.
• Collaborate as a team member to meet unit goals.
• Duties may vary by unit or shift.

Hourly Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

Call Requirements

What you will do:

• Renders professional nursing care to provide quality patient care.
• Employing critical thinking skills, assesses patients’ condition, recognizes deviations, plans and evaluates care, monitors patients’ progress, and records pertinent observations.
• Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff.
• Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals.
• The following are general characteristics of this job, although duties may vary by assigned unit or shift.

What you will need:

• Education: Associate degree in nursing or higher level nursing degree (BSN required within 5 years from start date)
• License/Certification: Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
• Current CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within ninety days of start date into position
• Pediatric Life Support (PALS) within ninety days of start date into position
