Position Overview: Mount Auburn Hospital is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) team. Our state-of-the-art PACU features 13 modernized patient bays handling a diverse surgical patient population. As a PACU RN, you will deliver high-level post‑anesthesia recovery care. You will work closely with a collaborative team of anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff committed to patient safety, clinical excellence, and high‑quality outcomes.
Experience: Prior Critical Care Experience Strongly preferred. Previous ICU, CCU, or high‑acuity PACU experience.
Pay Range: $37.00 - $95.37 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
