Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health in Needham, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care, health maintenance, teaching, counseling and rehabilitation within a collaborative care team.

This role requires Massachusetts RN licensure, an associate degree, 0–1 years of experience, and experience with computer systems including Outlook, Word, Excel. BLS, ACLS and PALS credentials are required where applicable.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree required .
• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure

• Previous experience preferred
• Experience with computer systems required, including web based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.
• BLS-AHA required for all RNS in Direct Patient Care Areas;
• ACLS-AHA required in all critical care areas [ED, ICU, ENDO, Float, Radiology, PACU] and PALS-AHA required in ED/Float.

Pay Range

$36.00 - $90.14

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
