Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a PRN PACU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality post-anesthesia care for surgical patients in our facility. You will monitor patients recovering from anesthesia, manage pain and sedation, and respond quickly to changes in condition.

Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists and the interdisciplinary team, you will follow evidence-based protocols and document care accurately.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure
• Experience in post-anesthesia or PACU nursing preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to respond quickly to patient needs
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
