Job summary

Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall, MO is seeking a self-driven, compassionate Registered Nurse to join our OR/Surgery/Ambulatory Care Department. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including tuition reimbursement and loan repayment options.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in OR/Surgery/Ambulatory Care units.
• Collaborate with physicians, CRNAs, and nursing staff to ensure patient safety.
• Respond to on-call calls within 30 minutes and participate in on-call rotation.

As a non-profit community hospital, Fitzgibbon Hospital is vital to the health and well-being of the communities it serves in the Marshall, MO and surrounding area. We are looking for a self-driven compassionate Registered Nurse to join our OR/Surgery/Ambulatory Care Department. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.

Shift:

• Full-time 80 hours (every 2 weeks)
• 6:30am-3:00pm
• on-call rotation is required
• Successful candidate needs to be able to respond within 30 minutes for on-call calls.

Candidate needs to have the following:

• Valid Missouri RN license
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
• OR experience preferred

The Surgical Services Unit is made up of our Ambulatory and Surgery departments, with strong support from Anesthesia, Central Supply and Environmental Services. Our team of experienced staff includes: Physicians and Surgeons, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs), Registered Nurses, Surgery Techs, Instrument Techs and Environmental Services Techs.
