Southern Health Partners is seeking a dependable RN or LPN to provide healthcare at the St. Croix County Jail in Wisconsin. This part-time weekend shift offers a consistent schedule, competitive hourly pay ($34.00–$39.00), and meaningful patient care.

You will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, respond to urgent needs, document accurately, and collaborate with a correctional healthcare team while maintaining professional standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment and clinical judgment required.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently within a healthcare team.

Southern Health Partners is seeking a dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide healthcare services at the St. Croix County Jail in Wisconsin.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions

• Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent medical needs
• Recognize changes in patient condition and communicate concerns to the appropriate provider

• Practice within your professional scope, licensure, and established clinical guidelines

Qualifications: What You'll Need

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR certification
• Previous nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a healthcare team
• Professionalism, compassion, and respect for patient confidentiality
• Ability to work effectively in a structured correctional environment
