Mercy Springfield is seeking registered nurses to provide patient care using the nursing process on a surgical unit (3C). The role includes night shifts (7pm–7am) with weekend rotations; full-time and part-time positions are available.

Nurse Residency Available: Mercy Springfield offers a year-long Nurse Residency Program tailored to the specialty area in which each nurse is hired. All graduate nurses participate in the program, along with select experienced nurses based on their individual experience and professional development needs.
Nurses work 12-hour shifts 7pm-7am with rotational weekends.
Full Time and Part Time available.
3C is a Surgical Unit which focuses on adult post-operative orthopedic traumas and Neurosurgery. Here you will develop excellent critical thinking and assessment skills as well as use a wide variety of clinical skills.
