Proforma Health Inc. is seeking an inpatient nurse to deliver comprehensive care following state standards. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and participate in quality and safety programs. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
• Experience in operating room settings preferred; scrubbing training provided if needed.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Flexibility to rotate shifts, including on-call duties with a 30-minute response time.
