Apsurgery in South Bend, IN is seeking a dedicated OR Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive perioperative care and advocate for patients. You will coordinate with the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient procedures and positive patient outcomes.

This full-time, on-site role requires current Indiana RN license, OR experience, and strong decision-making and communication skills. Schedule is day shifts with no weekends, offering excellent benefits including health, retirement, and PTO.

Formación

• Indiana RN license is required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS preferred.
• Operating Room experience preferred.
• 2 years nursing experience preferred; 1 year acute care preferred.

• Admission, recovery, and discharge of surgical patients.
• Coordinate with the health team to ensure safe, efficient procedures.
• Advocate for patients in the operating room and communicate effectively with the team.

The OR Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care during the surgical phase, coordinating with the health team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role acts as a patient advocate in the operating room. Requires strong decision‑making skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Physical Setting:

• Outpatient

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift. 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Monday to Friday, No Weekends! No Holidays!

Experience:

• Nursing: 2 years (Preferred)
• Acute Care: 1 year (Preferred)
• Operating Room Nursing Experience

Education/License/Certification Requirements:

• Associates Degree (Preferred)
• Indiana RN License (Required)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS (Preferred)
