OrthoVirginia is seeking an experienced OR RN for a PRN role in our outpatient orthopedic centers. This position supports our surgical teams, delivering safe, efficient perioperative care in a fast-paced environment without night shifts or weekend calls.

You will circulate cases, prepare rooms and equipment, verify patient details, and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative staff to ensure a smooth surgical experience for patients.

Competenze

• Current RN license required.
• Operating Room nursing experience required.
• Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing principles and procedures.
• Experience circulating surgical cases.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• Orthopedic surgery experience preferred.
• ASC experience preferred.

We’re seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our surgical team. In this role, you’ll work alongside orthopedic surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative teammates to deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate care throughout the surgical experience.

What You’ll Do

As an OR RN, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a safe and seamless surgical experience by:

What You’ll Bring
Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Operating Room (OR) nursing experience required
• Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing principles and surgical procedures
• Experience circulating surgical cases
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred, if applicable)
• Orthopedic surgery experience preferred
• Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience preferred

Compensation Range for this position:

$40.10 - $60.14

Compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geography/market, and internal equity considerations.
