Job summary

Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Main Operating Room. The role includes direct patient care, anesthesia support, and functioning as charge nurse when assigned. Our OR features 8 operating rooms and 2 cysto rooms with 24/7 coverage.

The ideal candidate will have RN licensure in NC or a compact state, and relevant OR experience. We operate EPIC and provide ongoing education and support for clinical needs.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN licensure in North Carolina or a Compact state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and identify care needs.
• Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications as ordered and monitor for safety.
