Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Surgicare Centennial in Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse Operating Room Circulator. The RN Circulator provides nursing care during surgery, positions and preps the patient, and circulates the case in multiple specialties.

The role requires an accredited RN program graduate and an active Texas RN license, with BLS; ACLS/PALS preferred. Comprehensive benefits include medical/dental/vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS required, ACLS, PALS preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Position the patient for surgery and prep prior to procedures.
• Circulate the case during surgery to support the team.
• Monitor patient safety and respond to intraoperative changes.

Registered Nurse Operating Roomat Baylor Scott & White Surgicare Centennial:

The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: ENT, Gastroenterology, General surgery, Ophthalmology,Colon & Rectal Surgery,etc.

Qualifications
