UMass Memorial Health in Marlborough, MA is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. This full-time, day-shift role offers a 40-hour schedule with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive hiring range of $38.65–$78.34 per hour, based on experience and schedule.

Non-exempt position with holidays and on-call duties. Responsibilities include utilization of the nursing process from admission to discharge, patient assessments, discharge planning, and supervising OR nursing care.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification current preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process from admission to discharge.
• Perform patient assessments and reassessments per standard procedures.
• Develop and coordinate care plans including discharge planning.
• Direct, supervise and evaluate nursing care within the operating room setting.
