Job summary

Cedars-Sinai, a premier hospital in Los Angeles, seeks experienced registered nurses for its Level I trauma center. You will be part of a team delivering advanced surgical and transplant care in a modern, multi-location setting with 24/7 coverage.

Required qualifications include a nursing degree (BSN or higher preferred), California RN license, BLS/ACLS, and a minimum of 3 years' recent acute RN experience (specialty track may allow 1 year for RN II).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program. BSN or higher preferred.
• Current California State RN License required
• American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
• For RN III: Specialty Certification (external applicants may obtain within one year of hire)
• Minimum 3 years recent acute RN experience in specialty (note: minimum 1 year for RN II)

Job Description

As a Level I trauma center with 49 Operating Rooms in seven locations, we perform advanced surgeries every day using the latest technology. The unit operates 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. We are a multiple-organ transplant center where you can be part of a team performing heart, liver, kidney, pancreas and heart-lung transplants. We have one of the highest cardiac transplant centers in the country. We also perform surgery using robotics in Urology, Cardiac, Ear, Nose and Throat, and General Surgery.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program. BSN or higher preferred.

License/Certification/Registration Requirements:

• Current California State RN License required

Experience:
