Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Operating Room at Winchester Hospital in Winchester, MA. This 13-week contract features a 72-hour biweekly guarantee, 13 weeks length, and 10-hour shifts with days 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM.

Must have MA RN license, BLS, ACLS, and EPIC; CNOR preferred and OR robotics expertise is highly valued. Position requires scrub and circulate duties with no relocation; on-site delivery in a 209-bed facility across 11 OR suites.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, MA RN license, and EPIC experience required.
• Strong background in orthopedics, spine, and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Provide OR nursing care and patient management.
• Scrub and circulate in the OR per protocol.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to OR standards.
• Attend to shift duties and on-call requirements as scheduled.

Shift - 10H Days 06:45 AM - 05:15 PM

Facility: Winchester Hospital

Position Description: Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments – these guaranteed hours do not include any "on-call" time worked

Comments And Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission. 4-10H days, 6:45a-5:15p. Weekend rotation every 6 weeks as needed. Call as needed. Holiday requirement 1 summer/winter as needed. Must have BLS-AHA, MA LICENSE, EPIC, ACLS-AHA. Must have a strong background in ortho, spine and robotics. 209 bed hospital, 11 OR suites. CNOR preferred. MUST SCRUB AND CIRC . 1 week of orientation. No locals will be accepted. In hours scrubs only. Must be separated from BILH for 6 months to be considered.
