Role Overview: This position involves leading the surgical environment within the Operating Room, managing scrub and circulating functions to ensure a sterile, safe, and efficient operative experience. The nurse advocates for patient safety through continuous monitoring, clear communication, and holistic care before, during, and after procedures. Responsibilities include assisting physicians with critical tasks such as wound exposure and suturing, preparing the operating suite and instrumentation, and maintaining accurate real-time documentation.

Qualifications & Skills: Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse license from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing, with certifications in Advanced Life Support (within 6 months) and BLS Provider (within 1 month). An accredited nursing diploma or equivalent licensure is required.
