Job summary

Lifepoint Health® is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgery/OR team at Central Carolina Hospital in Sanford, North Carolina. This full-time role involves patient assessment, care, and documentation, with a commitment bonus of $20,000.

• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to patient condition and age.
• Perform timely documentation related to medical necessity.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday‑Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with a minimum of six on‑call shifts per month, including one full weekend (Friday‑Sunday).
