Job summary

SoftPath Medical in Columbus, OH seeks an experienced Operating Room RN for a demanding surgical schedule, including day and evening shifts with 8-12 hours, and on-call coverage after hours and weekends.

The role requires expertise with DaVinci Xi Robot and liver transplant procedures, plus Level 1 Trauma center experience. Candidates must have OR RN experience and be proficient in Neuro or Ortho service lines.

Job description

Shift Details

This position involves variable shifts, including days and evenings with 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts. On-call coverage is required Monday through Friday from 2100 to 0630, as well as Saturday and Sunday from 0630 to 1900 and 1900 to 0630. Holiday and weekend coverage may also be necessary depending on unit requirements.

Experience Requirements

Mandatory:

• Experience with the DaVinci Xi Robot and liver transplant procedures is required. Candidates must rate at least 3 out of 4 in these areas; otherwise, they should not be screened or passed forward.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following service lines is required: Neuro or Ortho.
• Level 1 Trauma center experience is mandatory.
