University of Vermont Health Network seeks an Operating Room Nurse at Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin, VT. You will join a collaborative surgical team, assist surgeons, maintain a sterile environment, and advocate for patients throughout perioperative care.

Candidates must have current RN licensure (or compact licensure recognized by Vermont) and OR experience, with strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Unit Description:

As an Operating Room Nurse at Central Vermont Medical Center, you will work in a collaborative, team-oriented surgical environment providing exceptional patient care throughout the perioperative process. The Operating Room operates Monday through Friday and supports a variety of both inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures. Responsibilities include assisting surgeons and surgical teams, maintaining a safe and sterile environment, advocating for patients, and ensuring efficient surgical workflow. Candidates must possess prior Operating Room experience and demonstrate strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.

On-call: Required

Incentives: Candidates may be eligible for up to a $10K RN Sign-On Bonus for full-time (pro-rated for part time).

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.
• Appropriate experience in specific clinical area. Varies by unit.
