• Uses the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, families and staff.
• Provides medication and IV administration in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborates with the care team to support hospital goals and patient outcomes.
