Mercyhealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized, patient-centered care across the nursing process. The role includes medication administration, patient and family education, safety and quality initiatives, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
The position is a 40-hour per week, day-shift role in Illinois, with opportunities for professional development and participation in performance improvement activities within Mercyhealth’s integrated health system.
The Registered Nurse provides individualized, patient-centered care through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team. This role administers medications and treatments, provides patient and family education, promotes safety and quality, and participates in performance improvement and ongoing professional development.
