Mount Auburn OB/GYN is a busy, collaborative outpatient practice providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care from adolescence through adulthood, menopause, and beyond. As part of one of the largest midwifery practices in Eastern Massachusetts, our team of physicians, midwives, nurses, and support staff is dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.
This position is based at our Arlington location and is part of a network of five OB/GYN clinics across Arlington, Cambridge, Watertown, and Waltham. While primarily supporting the Arlington practice, nurses may provide remote coverage for other locations as needed.
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting patients and providers in a fast-paced ambulatory setting. Responsibilities include telephone triage, responding to MyChart messages, managing prescription refill requests, coordinating patient care, and addressing clinical questions and concerns. You will also perform select in-office nursing services, including blood pressure checks. Working closely with physicians and midwives, you will serve as a trusted resource for patients while helping ensure timely, high-quality care and a seamless patient experience.

Knowledge of nursing process, theories, and clinical expertise related to patient care, normally acquired through the completion of a nursing training program at an NLN accredited school of nursing.
Current registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Standard office environment. Exposure to infectious diseases, chemicals, and other toxic agents. Computer skills required.
Pay Range: $35.15 - $75.43
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
