All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee and coordinate patient care delivered in the home environment. This role blends clinical nursing with care coordination, advocacy, and ongoing assessment to ensure safe, effective, and person-centered care at home.

You will work closely with caregivers, physicians, therapists, and community partners to support optimal health outcomes and reduce avoidable hospitalizations while adhering to state regulations and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Current and unrestricted license in the state of operation (Missouri).
• CPR professional certification is required.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company.
• Capable of working independently with highly confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Documents nursing actions of all care given to individuals and informs physicians and family accordingly.
• Conducts nursing assessment visit as needed.
• Follows policies and procedures according to operation, state and regulatory standards.
• Completes supervisory visits based on compliance and regulations to include review of plan of care and caregiver competency.
• Implements nursing support for individuals in a home setting.
• Works with Director or Nursing/Nurse Supervisor and/or Branch Manager to address health needs of individuals.
• Participates in staff meetings and other meetings as needed.
• Ensures compliance with physician’s verbal orders and medical reports.
