Job summary

MEP Health in Coppell, TX is seeking a Staff Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care using the nursing process, working with multidisciplinary teams for patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

Provide highly professional and technical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver age-appropriate, patient-centered care in accordance with standards. Communicate clearly with team members, patients, and families, fostering a safe and therapeutic environment. Ensure accurate documentation, medication, and IV administration, and support patient education. Take responsibility for performance, professional growth, and continuous improvement of the patient experience. Adhere to hospital policies, promote teamwork, and assume accountability for nursing duties. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Current Texas RN license and Basic Life Support certification required.
