Qualifications
- RN license in good standing; CPR certification.
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree).
- Active RN license in state where employed.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients.
- Assess patient needs and revise care plans accordingly.
- Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
