Job summary

The Peaks Care Center in Longmont, CO is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for night shifts (6p-6a). You will supervise daily nursing activities, oversee care plans, and lead a team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive environment.

Active RN license is required with at least 1 year of relevant experience; senior living experience is preferred. The role offers a retention bonus, sign-on incentive, shift differentials, and mentorship with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing activities performed by LPNs, CMAs, and nursing assistants.
• Review care plans to ensure residents receive appropriate and individualized care.
• Assess residents, document findings, and communicate with physicians.
• Deliver exceptional nursing care focused on resident comfort and well‑being.
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed.
• Notify physicians/Director of Nursing of significant changes.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resident needs.
• Complete accurate charting and documentation per policies.
• Respond quickly to call lights and resident requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily nursing activities performed by LPNs, CMAs, and nursing assistants
• Review care plans to ensure residents receive appropriate and individualized care

• Deliver exceptional nursing care focused on resident comfort and well-being
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed

• Respond promptly to inquiries from staff and attend to residents’ needs
• Complete accurate and timely charting and documentation per facility policies
• Respond quickly and effectively to call lights and resident requests
