Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift positions with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Qualifications

Current RN license in good standing.
CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
CRRN certification preferred.
Minimum 1 year of rehab hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise care and treatments; lead patient assessments and tailor care plans.
Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
Serve as a resource for staff with complex patient needs and inquiries.
Celebrate patient victories and milestones as part of the care journey.
