About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and maintaining accurate records. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, as well as contribute to a collaborative and multidisciplinary team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical procedures
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

Requirements

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio
• Minimum 0 years of experience, with a strong desire to provide exceptional patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, transfer, or move residents as needed
