Job summary

The Terraces of Boise is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Skilled Nursing Team in Kuna, Idaho. The role focuses on comprehensive nursing care aligned with our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.

Working hours are 6:00 PM–6:00 AM on Wed, Thu, and Sat. Compensation is $40–$46/hr (DOE) plus a $2.00/hr night shift differential. Ideal candidates hold an active RN license and CPR certification; prior senior care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current/Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm.
• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments.
• Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care.
• Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

Our RNs are responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.

Working Hours & Compensation

Full-time, Wed., Thurs., and Sat. 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM.

$40-$46/hr. (DOE) + $2.00/hr. Night Shift Differential.
