Millwood Hospital in Arlington, TX, part of Universal Health Services (UHS), seeks an experienced Staff Nurse (RN) for night shift to provide care for psychiatric patients.
You will work 12-hour rotating shifts (6:45 pm–7:15 am) including weekends, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and participating in orientation and CPI training. Texas RN licensure, CPR certification, and a BSN preferred are required or encouraged.

The Staff Nurse (R.N.) is a registered professional nurse who prescribes, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices.
Must be available to attend the Full hospital and departmental orientations: Week 1: Monday -Friday (8 AM - 5 PM); Week 2: Monday – Wednesday (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM)

Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
A minimum of three (2) years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
Currently licensed to practice by the Texas State Board of Nursing.
CPR certification and training in appropriate use of Seclusion and Restraint before working with patients. Successful completion of CPI training and Service Excellence Training before working with patients. Certifications may be obtained during new hire orientation.
