Job summary

Bayhealth is recruiting an experienced NICU Registered Nurse to care for premature and medically fragile newborns in a Level II neonatal unit at Dover, DE. The role requires an active Delaware RN license, BLS, and neonatal experience with facility credentialing.

Shift is 3x12; travel is per diem with a $180 weekly stipend for eligible residents within 60 miles of the facility. Location: 640 S. State Street, Dover, DE 19901. You will educate families and monitor newborns closely.

Qualifications

• Active RN license authorizing practice in Delaware.
• Current BLS certification.
• Relevant neonatal nursing experience.
• Completion of facility credentialing and screening requirements.
• Additional neonatal certifications subject to facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor newborns and administer prescribed treatments.
• Support feeding and developmental care for neonates.
• Educate families about care, discharge planning and follow-up.
