Texas Health Plano is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the NICU team, delivering compassionate care in a 45-bed Level IV NICU serving babies as early as 22 weeks gestation. Full-time night shifts 7:00pm–7:00am. The role emphasizes family-centered care and collaborative teamwork.

You will work with leadership supportive of staff development through NCAP program, and contribute to ongoing quality and safety initiatives in a thriving, patient-focused environment.
