Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an RN Clinical Nurse to provide high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team. You will ensure individualized treatment aligned with evidence-based practices and organizational standards.

You will perform the nursing process, coordinate and document care, mentor peers, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives while planning patient care across the continuum and optimizing resource use.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• RN license (single or multi-state).
• Current BLS and NRP certifications.
• A minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience.

Qualifications:
