Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team and deliver individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care under the guidance of Nurse Managers and the Wellstar Shared Governance Model.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, patient-centered care for diverse populations, accurate documentation, and active participation in performance improvement, research, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred; valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Required certifications include BLS, NRP, and others as specified.
• A minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience is necessary.
• Strong critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
