Qualifications

• ADN/ASN degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of New Jersey.
• NICU experience encouraged in areas such as NICU Level III/IV, ETT/ventilator management, catheter insertion/maintenance, cooling, ECMO, tube feeding management, or NRP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the NICU setting.
• Monitor and respond to patient status and clinical needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality neonatal care.
