Incredible Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - NICU in Boca Raton, FL to provide high‑level newborn care in our NICU. The role offers day, night, and mid shifts with options for full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN/ASN or higher and must have an active Florida RN license. NICU experience is preferred; the position includes a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits in a Level I/II environment.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Carseat testing, Catheter insertion/maintenance, Cooling, ECMO, ETT/ventilator management, NICU Level III, NICU Level IV, NRP certified, or Tube feeding management.
