UNC Health Blue Ridge in Morganton, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse New Graduate for a year-long Nurse Residency Program. The internship provides mentorship as you transition from student to licensed professional, with three 12-hour shifts and a full-time schedule.

New graduate RNs must hold North Carolina RN licensure and BLS/CPR. A $5,000 loan forgiveness bonus and generous tuition reimbursement are offered to support your growth in a teaching hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association is required.

Responsibilities

THE POSITION

Joinadedicated team as a RN New Graduate Nurseat UNC Health Blue Ridge, where you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to patients. All New Graduate RNs will take part in theNurse Residency Program, a year-long program designed to help aide inthe transition from acadamia to professional nursing.
